San Francisco police are still looking for the person who gunned down a 19-year-old man on Saturday evening. Meanwhile, police say the teen, who had been suffering life-threatening injuries, will survive.

Witnesses reportedly scattered to the underground portion of the station, attempting to hop the next train. Others fled to the nearby Westfield Mall. Police quickly closed down the BART station and riders were evacuated, according to press reports.

On Market between 8th and 4th Street thugs frolic. Cops know this they already got rid of the chess players and their thug posse. I blame the lack of police patrol they KNOW thugs BART over to loiter at the mall!

Also the solution is getting back to simple foot patrols. Notice when the two cops stand at 16th street BART, strangely the thugs and crackheads disappear? Let's get a few more of our cops fighting ACTUAL crime and have them walk around a bit. Seems effective.

Yeah I'll get involved with a criminal carrying a gun....since I'm a law abiding person and cannot carry one. Brilliant logic.

This is awful. I would like to know where the shooter is from. I'm willing to bet they do not live in this city of San Francisco. Probably Oakland and if you don't like my thought on that I don't care. The only thing I can think of is that teens and those in their 20's these days do not have the opportunity but as older folks have at their age. No jobs no money. What they need to do is move out of California. Its one of the most expensive states in America. And I'm willing to bet that everyone just stood there and most people did not want to get involved even if it meant calling the police anonymously on their cell phones. When I compare San Francisco too many other cities in the United States I noticed that people never want to get involved. But what if that was your child or you or your mother or father? Then you want everybody to get involved. Stop looking the other way and do something. With all the activities in San Francisco and people trying to save animals and gay rights and racial equality.. Do something about crap like like this. Anyhow it's late on this? If this was written about you how would you like it hit somebody hit like on your story. Dumbass
