"woman in her 40s" turns out to be only 23? Must be park live-ins.

"Why do the police have such difficulty apprehending suspects? Hmmmm?" Budget cuts. Lame people criticizing their every move. To busy dealing with lame, unnecessary protests. Having to waste time dealing with stupid people looking for their 15 seconds of fame doing videos on BART. ...about a dozen other reasons...

Not to make light of the crime, but if the victims were "clinging to life" yesterday, they wouldn't be being released today and tomorrow. Little exaggeration and creative liberties, I guess. ;-)

SF parks do not yet have closing times but that would be a good idea. I guess the perps wer trolling the pak in their car looking for the vunerable. Why do the police have such difficulty apprehending suspects? Hmmmm?
