I almost hit my UPS guy this morning who was, naturally double parked and as I was navigating about his truck and another double parked car he raced in front of my slow moving car on his way to deliver a package. Fortunately I was going very slowly and able to hard brake in time - no one hurt; not even his dropped package. :Pretty terrifying for both of us.
