Body Found at Pier 48

San Francisco Police officers have located a body off Pier 48 that appears to have been there for some time. 
Officer Albie Esparza says police in the Marina District got a call at about 10:37 a.m. on reports of a body. The Medical Examiner has taken over the investigation to determine cause of death and whether the circumstances were suspicious.
"We're not sure if it's suicide or suspicious, but the body has been there a while," Esparza said.
