Police say Kitson, a San Lorenzo resident, was at Howard and Seventh streets during the rush hour commute when she was hit by two cars. She died instantly.

R.I.P. Condolences to the family. Hope the drivers pay her family millions of dollars for their negligence and harm.

So sorry for her family's loss. We used to live there when it was less developed. The traffic could be overwhelming even then.

What happened exactly? I saw it right after it happened but I'm unclear if she was crossing on a red light or if the cars were making a turn. When I drive through that exact intersection I am always extra cautious.
