Andre Bueno Arrested in Las Vegas in Connection to 2010 Murder of Brothel Operator
Nevada police have arrested a 29-year-old man in connection to the shooting death of Xiao "Ben" Xiong Luo during a home invasion robbery in the city's Outer Sunset District three years ago.
On Dec. 3, 2012, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police busted Andre Bueno while conducting a routine traffic stop. Bueno had an outstanding arrest warrant for the widely reported robbery and murder that occurred in San Francisco in January 2010.
Readers might recall that on Jan. 27, 2010, the suspects entered a home on the 2400 block of Moraga where they tied up residents inside the home before murdering the victim. The suspects also assaulted the bound victims during this home-invasion robbery, police said.
San Francisco police later released a partial telephone transcription from the home- invasion attack in which the suspect's voice is overheard in a 911 call from a victim standing outside the home. Police say they heard the suspect say "Go in the house and don't move, don't move. Be calm, shut the fuck up."
Investigators later told reporters that they believe Luo had been running a brothel in the basement of the house.

And here's the surveillance video from that day:
Bueno was extradited back to San Francisco on Jan.16, 2013, where he remains in custody for murder charges.
