Marin Kid Expands Her Incredibly Profitable Lemonade Stand to NYC
Remember 8-year-old Vivienne Harr, who this summer did more than you to make the world a better place? She raked in some $56,000 turning lemons into lemonade -- literally -- and gave all that money to help fight human trafficking.

But like any good entrepreneur, she's expanding her company, taking her Make a Stand lemonade business bicoastal. That's right, amid the crowds and cold, you will find the young Fairfax girl in New York City's Time Square today and tomorrow where she'll be selling her delicious drink to continue her cause.

All of the money she raises today will go toward the Bay Area-based Not For Sale, a global nonprofit working to combat child slavery. She'll continue collecting donations tomorrow, handing over those proceeds to help Hurricane Sandy victims, according to her Facebook page.
With the help of her father, Harr has been updating her Make-A-Stand Facebook page through the day, noting that it is "quite cold in NYC, particularly for the softie Californians." We'll hear more from her tomorrow when she'll be featured on a 30-minute Livestream program live in Times Square.
