A brilliant prick!
It was one year ago today that Steve Jobs died, which means everyone needs to put down their iPad for just one minute and remember the man who made your life cooler and more convenient with his genius inventions.

For those of you who are glued to your gadgets, Apple was kind enough to make it a little easier for you to think of Jobs today; the company put together this short video on the Apple landing page, with quotes and black-and-white photos of Jobs, who died at the age of 56 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.

Steve Jobs' Last Words "Oh Wow. Oh Wow. Oh Wow."

We know the folks over at Apple are feeling a bit emotional today. Here's what the company's CEO Tim Cook had to say:
Steve's passing one year ago today was a sad and difficult time for all of us. I hope that today everyone will reflect on his extraordinary life and the many ways he made the world a better place.

One of the greatest gifts Steve gave to the world is Apple. No company has ever inspired such creativity or set such high standards for itself. Our values originated from Steve and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple. We share the same privilege and responsibility of carrying his legacy into the future.

I'm incredibly proud of the work we are doing, delivering products that our customers love and dreaming up new ones that will delight them down the road.

It's a wonderful tribute to Steve's memory and everything he stood for.

So tell us, how do you plan to remember the man who forever changed the world?

Steve Jobs was an asshole.

Steve Jobs was a man of many talents, just two things  he could have done differently.

He could have saved thousands of American jobs, if he hadn't moved Apple manufacturing to China.  And not opened an office in Reno to invest Apple's profits and avoid paying California millions of dollars in taxes.
