According to Zillow.com, you'll score the best Halloween loot in San Francisco's Presidio Heights, Noe Valley, Cow Hollow, and Sea Cliff -- not in that order.
Of course, if you go looking for "candy" in the Tenderloin, we're guessing you probably won't be leaving there with a bag full of Snickers.
