Why can't we all just get along?
It was a another violent weekend in San Francisco where two men were killed in separate shooting incidents in the Mission and downtown.

Authorities identified one of the victims as 19-year-old Jose Escobar of San Francisco. According to police, Escobar was walking about 2:45 a.m. on Saturday near Caledonia and 16th streets when he was shot in the chest.

He reportedly ran to 16th and Valencia streets, where he collapsed.

He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police have no information about the suspect, but we do know the shooter fled east on 16th Street in an unknown vehicle.

Not even 24 hours later, another man was shot to death in the city's SOMA neighborhood. Police were called to Mission and Fifth streets just after 11 p.m. Saturday for a welfare check. When they arrived, they found a man in his 30s who had been shot multiple times in his upper body, Officer Albie Esparza told reporters.

He was declared dead at the scene. The Medical Examiner's Office tells us they have not yet located family and couldn't release the name of the second shooting victim at this time.
