This was one scary Halloween party
San Francisco police arrested two people accused of opening fire in a parking lot, striking a 21-year-old man in the head.

Officer Carlos Manfredi says police tracked down 30-year-old Hun Saelee and 26-year-old Judiana Lau at a San Leandro residence Sunday morning after the shooting. Both were arrested on suspicion of attempted homicide and various weapons, assault, and accessory charges.

Here's what police could tell us about that night: About 12:40 a.m. on Sunday, the victim, a Burlingame man, was leaving a Halloween party with his girlfriend at Fort Mason when Saelee allegedly touched the girl "improperly."

The victim spoke up about this, which angered Saelee enough that he allegedly went to the trunk of his car parked nearby in the lot, took out a .45-caliber handgun, and began shooting, hitting the victim as he and others took cover under a car.

After the shooting, the suspect, who was wearing camouflage-style clothing, got into a white four-door sedan with Lau, who was inside the car, Manfredi says.

Later that morning, investigators traced Saelee and Lau to a residence in San Leandro, where San Francisco police found Saelee still dressed in the camouflage clothing he was wearing at the time of the shooting.

A white Acura that matched witnesses' description at the scene was parked in the driveway. Police say they also found a handgun that may have been used in the shooting on the floorboard of the car.

The two were booked into San Francisco County Jail. Meanwhile, the victim remains in the hospital where he's clinging to life.
