Authorities are still scouring the waters this morning for two fisherman who went missing after their boat capsized yesterday off the coast of San Mateo County, where swells reached seven feet.

According to press reports, an 18-foot striper boat was knocked over at about 10:30 a.m. near Pigeon Point; two others on the boat swam to the shore and alerted police, who started an immediate search for the two missing men.

The Coast Guard planes circled the waters until 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, when they suspended the search until daylight.
Authorities have not yet released the names of the missing fisherman, but confirmed the two men were not wearing life jackets.
