BART Delays for Everyone This Morning (Updated)

BART is reporting up to 15-minute delays for the morning commute after a major maintenance breakdown wreaked havoc across the transit system early this morning.
According to news reports, the breakdown happened at about 4:30 a.m. between the MacArthur and 19th Street stations in Oakland. The incident was cleared within 90 minutes, but not the delays, which are still plaguing the morning commute; It's especially bad for those of you riding into San Francisco.
