A $5 million murder warrant has been issued for his arrest. Anyone with information on Lemalie's whereabouts is asked to notify police immediately and not make any attempt to detain him.

Solis was shot to death at 4 p.m. on Sept. 16 on the 1200 block of Treat Street. Tipsters alerted media, saying Solis had been executed; however, police were not able to confirm that. It was the city's 50th homicide this year.

Anyone with additional information is encouraged to contact Inspector Kevin Jones, Inspector John Miller, or Sgt. Kyra Delaney of the Homicide Detail at 553-1145. Members of the public can also use the anonymous tip line at 575-4444, or Text a Tip to TIP411.
