Another Occupy Protest Scheduled Tonight

This evening, bitter folks will gather around Bank of America in San Francisco to protest the bank's three-day loan modification customer outreach event. Specifically, the "struggling families," aka protesters, will be there to remind everyone of BofA's poor customer relations.
While they are there, protesters plan to speak with other borrowers at the event in hopes that they too will come to and realize Bank of America has "horrendous practices."
You can expect to hear from Merrie Jo and Etzel Musni, whose home will be auctioned off on Oct. 15, despite the fact that BofA is still accepting their checks.
"This is called "dual tracking", an unethical practice that as of January 2013 will be illegal. But for now, the Musnis, their children and their grandchildren are at risk of losing their home," organizers said.
So here are the details: BofA Homeowners in Foreclosure, Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment (ACCE), Occupy Bernal, and folks from Occupy Noe will meet at 5 p.m. at the Hyatt, 5 Embarcadero Plaza.
