San Francisco Cop Helps Kids Become Better People

Officer Yossef Azim, who is currently assigned to the Tenderloin Station, started working with the San Francisco Boys and Girls' Club to to get kids off the street, where San Francisco has seen an uptick in gun violence, and instead guide them to career paths.
And since we all know nothing motivates people more than free food, Azim, with the Boys and Girls Club, has arranged for the kids to taste really good food in monthly visits to downtown restaurants. There, master chefs will cook for them while teaching them about how to eat healthy, nutritious meals.
Already, the kids have visited Sen's Restaurant with chef Michael Adams, where they ate like kings on the rooftop of Embarcadero No. 4.
After they chow down, the kiddos can join Officer Azim and his brother, Tareq, at a program they created called Empower Kids, located at Tareq's company, Empower Gym. There, the brothers teach children how to deal with bullies.
In the end, all of this time spent with a cop should help instill confidence in youngsters and prevent physical or verbal abuse from taking over the streets.
