Bad Friend Stabs Buddy After Night of Boozing at a Richmond Bar
| Until the booze kick in |
Unfortunately, it took some booze and blood for one San Francisco man to realize just how much pain his friendship caused him. According to police, the 23-year-old man was drinking with his buddy at a bar on the 4600 block of Geary Boulevard when things got a little tense.
The friend (for reasons perhaps related to consuming too much liquor?) pulled out a knife and stabbed his dear pal in the abdomen.
The cops arrived at the bar -- just in time for last call -- where they arrested the 27-year-old alleged bad friend and booked him into San Francisco County Jail.
Meanwhile, the victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital where he was treated for a non-life threatening injury, according to police.
Needless to say, he won't be bailing his buddy out of jail.
