Another Taxi Driver Assaulted and Robbed

Officer Carlos Manfredi didn't have much information at this time, but says that about 5:30 a.m. a man pulled a gun on a taxi driver near Fourth Avenue and Irving. The suspected robbed and assaulted the driver before fleeing the scene, police said.
No word on what the suspect took from the cab driver.
The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, police closed off the surrounding area to cars for 45 minutes while investigators combed through the scene.
There have been no arrests as of yet, and police have no further description of the robber.
