San Francisco police released more information this morning regarding the shooting death of 26-year-old Ermias Kassaye, who was killed in late June as he walked home from the Balboa BART station.

Police are looking for a 6-foot black man between the ages of 16 and 25, with a thin build and long dreads (past his shoulders). He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt with a colorful design on the front. He was armed with a 9mm semi-automatic gun.

Kassaye was walking from the BART station just after 1 a.m. on June 28 when he was shot in the head, execution-style. Police say it might have been an attempted robbery, or a case of mistaken identity in a gang-related crime.

After the shooting, the suspect was seen getting into the back of a four-door, silver or gold, 1995-2005 Pontiac Grand Am. The car was last seen headed northbound on Louisburg.

A darker SUV was seen following the suspect's vehicle, police said.

Anyone with information regarding this shooting is asked to call Inspector John Cagney at 734-3181, or on his cell at 525-2277. You can also call the SFPD tip line at 575-4444.

This is the P.C. world that 'they' ( liberals ) have built and nurtured ; not me.. All of this is their fault , squarely on the shoulders of liberals/progressives.. Thankfully , their philosophy is dying a slow death ( see SFWeekly article about Vanguard ) , as did it's first cousin , Marxism..

Mistaken identity ?.. If the shooter is ever caught [ not very likely ] and to appeaseĀ  all the liberals out there in S'ci F'i Land , do not press charges..
