S.F. Authorities Need Help Identifying Man Who Fell From Freeway Overpass (UPDATED)

(Original story 7:23 a.m.): San Francisco General Hospital is asking for your help identifying a man in his late teens or early 20s who was found unconscious Saturday afternoon at the off-ramp near Cesar Chavez and 280.
The man apparently feel from the 280 freeway overpass at Evans Avenue, and remains in critical condition with multiple life-threatening injuries, including head trauma, according to Rachael Kagan, spokeswoman for San Francisco General Hospital.
She describes the patient as a Latino man with dark brown, wavy hair and brown eyes. He is about 5-foot-4, weighing approximately 145 pounds. He has no tattoos. He was wearing a black T-shirt and light-colored shorts.
