Anderson Cooper Is Gay and Not Even Fox Commenters Seem too Bothered

CNN Anchor Anderson Cooper finally came out of the closet, revealing in an e-mail to blogger Andrew Sullivan that he is gay -- and damn proud.

"The fact is, I'm gay, always have been, always will be, and I couldn't be any more happy, comfortable with myself, and proud."

Of course, Fox News picked up the story this morning, giving gay-hating Tea Partiers another platform to rail against the left. But much to our surprise, the comment thread on the right-wing website was flooded with tons of support for Cooper's love life.
