Sneed was driving near the intersection of Meade and La Conte at about 2 a.m. when someone fired at him, causing Sneed's vehicle to crash into another parked car, according to police.
Sneed was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he later died from a gunshot wound to the head. It was the city's 29th homicide this year, said Office Albie Esparza.
