Apple Gets More Gay With Addition of Homosexual Emojis

Last year Apple found itself caught on the wrong side of the gay community when it allowed aspiring heterosexuals to access that controversial gay cure app on iTunes.

But it appears the Silicon Valley tech giant is finally making peace with homosexuals, or at least those homosexuals with iPhones. As TechCrunch reports this morning, iPhone users will be able to access the adorable gay and lesbian emojis on the new iOS 6, making sexting all that more doable for gay couples.

The icons are placed next to the previous relationship-related emojis showing a heterosexual couple holding hands and a heterosexual couple with a son. One shows two men holding hands, and another pictures two women hand-in-hand.

How sweet.
