Cops Seeking Stolen Saudi Arabia Service Medals

Categories: Crime
They look something like this
San Francisco police are asking for your help in locating some really cool and valuable medals that were stolen during a residential burglary in the city's Bayview neighborhood last month.

During this break in, many items were stolen, but among the most valuable were two gold medallions that were given to the victim in return for his service in Saudi Arabia.

The medals, which have distinctive markings, are 2 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inches. One of the medallions bears the inscription: "5 YEARS SERVICE," with "10gr" on the reverse side. The other reads, "20 YEARS SERVICE" and has "50gr" printed on its reverse. Anyone with information regarding this burglary or the location of these stolen items is asked to contact the Bayview Station Investigation Team at 671-2357. Persons wishing to remain anonymous may use the Bayview Station Anonymous Tip Line at 822-8147.
