Planned Parenthood Wants You to 'Check In' When You Have Sex

​The nonprofit family-planning and sexual-health group Planned Parenthood has frequently appeared in the headlines over the past month.

After a scandal over a potential loss of foundation funding, PP was hit with the bizarre accusations of a conservative Indiana state legislator who claimed the organization was surreptitiously preaching some kind of gay-sex-and-abortion Armageddon through the Girl Scouts of America.

Which is why we expect that a new initiative by Planned Parenthood will prompt some criticism from its enemies. The group has launched a campaign encouraging people to "check in" to a social network that will display the geographical location of where they are, um, doing it.

Planned Parenthood has distributed tens of thousands of condoms to college campuses throughout the U.S. These aren't just your normal prophylactic: The condoms have special codes users can scan and upload to a website when they are about to don them and have sex.

The mapped results are displayed on the website, wheredidyouwearit.com.

We suspect San Francisco, which science has established is a City of Sluts, will be a quite crowded field.
