Homicide No. 1
The Medical Examiner identified 30-year-old Joseph Minozzi as the man who was stabbed to death early Thursday morning in San Francisco's SOMA neighborhood.

At about 2:40 a.m. on Thursday, Minozzi, a Hayward resident, was found bleeding on the corner of Sixth and Stevenson streets from multiple stab wounds. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital where he died less than an hour later.

It was San Francisco's first homicide for 2012.

San Francisco Police Officer Albie Esparza said no arrests have been made, nor do officers have any new details about the murder.
