Police Release Video of Mission District Sexual Assault Suspect

Categories: Crime
Mission District residents are alarmed, to say the least, by two recent "very violent" rapes that occurred in the 24th Street corridor. Police have issued multiple warnings about the incidents, the most recent one occurring last week.

Police are asking residents to help find this man, who was caught on surveillance shortly after the rape on Dec. 8.

In both incidents, the suspect was described as a black man in his mid-30s, between 5-foot-9 and 6 feet tall, with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and dark pants.

Witnesses or anyone with information should call the anonymous tip line at 575-4444, or "Text-a-Tip" from their cell phones to TIP411. Please include "SFPD" in the beginning of the text message.

These people are dangerous animals, that should either be locked up behind bars or shot on sight.

Being so closed to the 24th Bart stop, there's a good chance he's from the East Bay.
