Anthony Wright Arrested on Suspicion of Shooting Bernal Heights Man in the Head
| Another homicide |
Update (11:00 a.m.) Officer Albie Esparza tells us that police have arrested a suspect in connection with the shooting. More details to come.
Police have very little information about a homicide last night where a 28-year-old man was shot and killed at a Bernal Heights home.
Police received a call at about 8:30 p.m. of reports of a shooting on the 400 block of Franconia Street. When they arrived they found the victim dead.
Police say the suspect shot the victim in the head and then fled the residence on foot. We called police to get more details. We will update you when we have more information.
The shooting death makes it San Francisco's 44th homicide this year. Yesterday, police shot and killed Peter Woo after he allegedly stabbed his parents, killing his mother, Nina.
