I think this should be allowed with the caveat that if you insist on putting yourself on display like this, everyone else should be able to tell you exactly how absolutely unattractive you are. This is all about expression, right? It's not good enough that you can walk around your house and your own yard naked as much as you want, but you have to be able to inflict such on everyone else. It seems very selfish to me. If you have a right to just pop up without any clothes anywhere in a neighborhood, then others should be free to tell you in no uncertain terms how disgusting you look and how your repulsive body makes them want to throw up their last meal.
