Why You Should Completely Ignore Michele Bachmann

Categories: Politics
The recent Republican debates have been successful at making American voters both laugh and cry -- and not in a good way. But perhaps it was Rep. Michele Bachmann who truly earned her WTF? moment when she advocated for zero taxes during the debate in Orlando, Fla.

In case you missed her "genius" diatribe, here's what the Minnesota lawmaker said:
"I think you earned every dollar, you should get to keep every dollar that you earn. That's your money, that's not the government's money. That's the whole point. Barack Obama seems to think that when we earn money it belongs to him, and we're lucky just to keep a little bit of it. I don't think that at all. I think when people make money it's their money.... American people are the genius of this economy. It certainly isn't government that's the genius.
No, it certainly wouldn't be genius if Bachmann were running it. Courtesy of some Facebook friends, we're providing a crash course in government and taxes, designed specifically for Bachmann and her supporters to understand.

Funny how the stupid teabagger holding the sign up about defense doesn't understand that defense is the biggest example of socialism ever.

Socialism occurs when the government controls the means of production.

I can't think of anything where that's the case more than the military.

Yes the government pays for phone lines, and power lines, oh wait no it doesn't the phone company pays for and maintains the phone lines and I pay money to them, not the governement to do it.  Ditto for power lines, or is that the government out there putting them back up after a storm?  How dumb are you people, well I guess you got the sidewalks and the road right.  Get the core point, which is the government has no money until we give it to them.  Yea we need taxes, but not so they can spend it with a total disregard for value.

Tell me again, how many of the 57 states has the "genius" in the White House visited?  That is a good reason to completely ignore Barack Obama.

57 states? Wow, you must be a genius, yourself, having discovered 7 new states.

I knew some ignoramus would fall for this.  It was OBAMA who spoke of visiting most of the "57 states."  Save your sarcasm for OBAMA.

Do your homework before posting.

Maybe you should write a column about why America should ignore San Francisco and it's progressive majority.  The big one can't come soon enough.  See ya.

Maybe you should stop listening to AM hate radio and think for yourself. Stay classy being a sycophantic tool.

That's what LOCAL and STATE taxes are for, "genius".

Unfortunately more and more local traffic signals and signs are being paid with fed money. Almost every local action now has a f'ed bearocrat standing behind it almost making sure that there are cost increases. 35 houses were built in Jackson ms with HUD money and the costs to comply with HUD went sky high. Eventually the 35 houses were complete and 4 have actually been lived in. No insulation causes utilities to be cost prohibitive. Only one person got stabbed in the thirty vacant houses over the 8 years they sat there.
