Arrest made
A 15-year-old boy was arrested this week and charged with the Aug. 30 murder of  Gaspar Puch-Tzek, a local cook who was shot while taking a smoke break after work.

Police did not release the name of the suspect because he is a juvenile, however, they did confirm that he is a gang member.

Puch-Tzek, 22, was having a cigarette with coworkers just after finishing his shift at Hog and Rocks restaurant on 19th and San Carlos streets when two men in hoodies walked up to them and shot him in the head. The suspects, who are believed to be members of the Norteno gang, had mistaken him for a rival gang member, according to police.

But Puch-Tzek was not a gang member; he was a father who worked two jobs to support his family.

I guess juveniles aren't guilty when they kill, because you aren't as dead.  Right?  That's progress, innit, letting "children" get away with murder?  After all, they aren't "responsible" so we have to take it, right?  That's ever so "progressive!"

15 and a confirmed gangbanger - wonderful!  Where are the parent/s/guardian?  They should be held liable as well.
