Holocaust denial. Smearing Israel by comparing it to Nazi Germany - a country that was responsible for the destruction of 75% of European Jews - to the nation of Jews (many of whom are decedents of the survivors) is blatant holocaust denial and robs the victims of their legacy.

Feiber was PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED by a militant Muslim and has to receive weekly therapy for her back injuries.UCB is becoming more and more like UCI. Radicals? What about the use of white phosphorus bombs on civilian targets in the weeks after President Obama was elected? The misconception that everything the Jewish people and Israel do is right simply because of the atrocities suffered during WWII is a farce. Also, people are not Anti-Semitic because they do not agree with the actions of the government of Israel. No that's too easy, you will be held to the same standard as every other government in relation to the treating of civilian populations.

actually, Felber claimed she was assaulted while Zakharia claimed it was an accident. A judge already accepted Zakharia's version and dropped all charges.

You may be speechless, but you might want to check the constitution. These sorts of actions are constitutionally protected under the first amendment. There's loads of precedent and the university has no choice but to allow these sorts of demonstrations.

the public does not have to subsidize propaganda warfare by the muslim brotherhood. if student activist groups want to exercise their first amendment rights and protest, fine. but it must done in the confines of the law - whether that be arranging assembly times with the school staff - and ensuring protests remain non-violent and hopefully cordial.

STUDENTS WHO ASSAULT OTHERS are NOT PROTECTED under the constitution.

Now, I'm sure UC has even stricter rules when it comes to on-site behavior. Zero tolerance should be applied to hate movements and especially these Islamists who come in from Saudi Arabia and promote their brand of pro-Palestinianism. This is America, not Palestine.

I am speechless that you just buy that uncritically, just because she said so. Felber's organization was founded to silence political criticism of Israel on campus, and they have exactly one card, which is to cry 'antisemitism'. Last year there were a dozen students who sat on the floor and haded out flyers about checkpoints in the occupied territories. No students were interrogated or asked if they were Jewish. Half the protestors are usually jewish, since not all jews on campus agree with Felber's politics.

Any criticism of the Jewish State of Israel is antisemitism. But this Apartheid week takes things much too far. Oh, and those checkpoints have stopped terrorist attacks. Because who needs another suicide bomber from the Palestinian territories blowing themselves up on a bus with innocent people?

and yes, in previous years students dramatized the differential treatment that Jews and Arabs receive all over the West Bank - separate and unequal legal systems, separate and unequal allocation of water, separate and unequal roads, separate and unequal political rights, speart and unequal access to medical treatment, separate and unequal education etc etc. This is only antisemitic If you believe that giving people less access to clean water or electricity is in accordance with Jewish values - which would make you the true antisemite.
