When dealing with a despicable public official, you hurt him or her using lawful means to show everyone else what happens when you abuse your power. "Complete failure." - No, complete success.

• When a public official does a vile, offensive action like shutting down cell service, then it's totally acceptable to post his nudes. This is not tasteless and juvenile. It is tasteful and mature to retaliate against an offensive public official in that manner.

• My understanding is that if the information was on his personal site, it is just that, his personal property.  The fact that it is a public site is not material.  In order to publish pictures somewhere else you would need his permission to do so.  For example, I dont have the right to raid Facebook and post pictures anywhere I choose.
