University of New Mexico football player, Deshon Marman, was boarding a plane in San Francisco when a airline employee noticed his sagging pants were just a little too low, a look that started in jail and has politicians now trying to legislate it out of style.

According to news outlets, the employee said his pants were "below his buttocks, but above the knees, and his boxer shorts were showing."

And as US Airways spokeswoman Valerie Wunder puts it, overly saggy pants can violate the airlines dress code, which forbids indecent exposure or inappropriate dress attire.

And since flying is already intolerable enough, a US Airways employee asked Marman to pull up his pants -- but he refused. Wait, this sounds similar to a back-and-forth I've had with my two-year-old nephew.

Anyway, since Marman, who by the way is 20, wouldn't pull up his pants, she then asked him to leave the plane. About 15 minutes later he decided he'd rather get off the plane than pull up his trousers. He was then cited for trespassing, but not for showing too much butt crack.
