Hillary Clinton Photoshopped out of Situation Room Picture in Hasidic Newspaper

So much for newspapers being the record of history. The mega-Orthodox Hasidic newspaper Der Tzitung in New York took the iconic Osama bin Laden raid Situation Room photo and edited out the most powerful woman at the White House, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Oy vey.

The photo was taken with President Obama and other key members of the administration as they watched the raid on bin Laden's compound.

Now here is the Photoshopped version that ran in the newspaper on Friday, May 6.

She's gone!

The religious newspaper tells reporters that it never publishes pictures of women because it could appear "sexually suggestive." Crass sexy Clinton joke goes here, but we will just leave that one to Twitter users.

Interestingly enough, one rabbi pointed out to Jezebel that this act of censorship violates another very important Jewish tenet: g'neivat da'at, which means "deceit."

What would they have done if Hillary had become president? Write news stories about White House policies and adorned them with a photo of said House?

From a Conservative Constitutional point of view these gentlemen of the press are free to print anything they want, but as a person who tries to live logically in this illogical world of ours I have to ask is this any different then most if not all Islamic schools in the United States displaying World Maps without the country of Israel on them? Do I chide them for their archaic ways, yes a little, but we as Americans allow them to be whatever and whoever they want as long as their 14th century thoughts and values hurt no one but themselves we should leave them be.

In all fairness, they actually photoshopped TWO people out of the photo, and both were women.

That said, if their theory is women = sexually suggestive, they're implying that all readers of their newspaper are straight men.

Can't blame the Jews for coming after Clinton. Afterall, she is in league with obama against Israel. This Administration is the first to try and destroy Israel; the strangest part is that the Jews all voted for obama knowing he was muslim ! obama now wants to give Israel to the muslims (palestinians) because they are his people. Duh ! If you cannot figure this out, you are either stupid, naive or behind the plan to destroy America and Israel. 'Nuf said !
