Bryan Stow, Beaten Giants Fan, Coming Out of Coma
| Coming out of a coma |
Stow, 42, has been in a coma at a Los Angeles hospital since the March 31 incident where he was beaten outside Dodger stadium after the opener game between the Giants and the Dodgers. Stow was walking to his car when two men in Dodgers attire attacked him.
The young paramedic and father of two suffered a fractured skull and brain swelling. Doctors say he may have brain damage.
On Thursday, Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum announced he would kick in $25,000 for Stow's medical bills. Already, supporters have helped to raise $400,000 for his medical expenses, including $60,000 from the Dodgers.
Police are offering a $150,000 reward leading to the arrest of the two men.
