Possible homicide
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of killing 16-year-old Andy Zeng, according to police.

Police were called to the 2100 block of Quesada Avenue at about 4:30 a.m. on Sunday on reports of a suicide. When they arrived they fond Zeng's body inside the house --  which is not his home, said Lieutenant Troy Dangerfield.

Police arrested three teens yesterday in connection with the murder; one more was taken into custody today. All were charged with conspiracy and attempted arson. Only the 15-year-old was charged with murder, Dangerfield told SF Weekly.

Police are still looking for one more juvenile in connection with the murder. Dangerfield would not discuss the details of the case or a possible motive. He did say that flammable items were found at the scene, which is why the teens have been charged with attempted arson.

The case is being processed, but Dangerfield said it will be the 20th homicide for San Francisco this year.
