Mind Control Mesmerizes Supervisor Malia Cohen
Seriously.
During the public comment period Christine Harris, a regular at city hearings, detailed her concerns that she has been a victim of organized stalking, electronic weapons, and psychotronic mind control -- with the perps being members of the San Francisco Police Department.
What was more amazing than the accusations of psychotronic mind control was Cohen's next move. When Harris was done, she called her back to the podium and genuinely engaged her for the next three minutes peppering her with questions about the purported crimes
While every committee tolerates its resident eccentric who wants to sing songs or talk about the most recent alien abduction on their block, it's rather unusual for a supervisor to actually engage them.
But anyway, here are some highlights from the exchange:
| Inquiring mind |
Harris: "Organized stalking, for the lack of a better term. It was an act a group of people did in the '50s, '60s, and '70s...called the counter intelligence program. It was familiar with KKK to stalk Black Panthers and terrify them and discredit victims so they could continue their crimes."
Cohen: "And you came to bring your case to our attention?"
Harris: "I been speaking at police commission meetings and public safety meetings to bring attention to the Board of Supervisors and get awareness."
Cohen: "Tell me how you became a victim."
Harris: "It was very interesting, I had a disagreement with our property manager...and I went to the Attorney General and then a list of crimes started."
Cohen: "And so how long has this been going on?"
Harris: "Since June 2008."
At that point Supervisor Ross Mirkarimi, who chairs the committee, cut Cohen off, suggesting the dialogue continue anywhere but then and there.
"You know, Supervisor Cohen, I think this issue sounds extremely complex and sensitive," Mirkarimi said, earning an A for diplomacy. "Due to the nature of the sensitivity of the issue, I think this conversation might be best suited offline."
We are waiting for Cohen to get down to the bottom of this
