SF Domestic Violence Case Dropped; Woman Lied

• I am a 62 years old US citizen who worked hard for many years, paid my taxes, voted in each election and also being abused always by my wife since I became disabled on the line of duty as general manager for Quincy in 1995. She was arrested once and kept in metro jail for domestic violence, slashing my face and neck, incident was reported to police by neighbors and cost me over $2000.00 to bail her out and attorney's fees she pleaded guilty got out with one year probation as I begged the Judge not to send her back to jail because I had nobody around me with total disability and she wrote& signed a statement to the Judge that she would never ever abuse, injure, beat, hurt, mistreat or use violence against my husband again and would help him do everything for him like a nurse take care of him with his disability.   Since then she poisoned me twice, fractured my L- pinky in 4 areas last year by throwing a 20 lb weight towards my finger 'DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE “She has been turning my CPAP off at mid nights many times to suffocate me as well. Turned my kids against me and planned to take them to Iran several times before. Iran is dangerous and very costly to travel there. If any of my kids talk to me without her permission, she takes his/her to a room and punished them physically and mentally and threaten them to break all their toys, iPods, mp3s, games and laptops and bans them from doing kids favorite games keeping them in their rooms for many hours, not allowing them to watch TV or go outside, or go online or play any games or use the phone. She does not let my elder son from ex- American wife who is 28 years old an American hero, recently returned from Iraq war after 3 years. He is stationed in San Diego California to visit us or even call us or talk to his sister & brother or me. Because he is partly African American she tells me your son is a S.O.B and nigger and me and my kids don’t need nigger relatives and she hangs off the phone when he or other relatives or my friends calls here. My elder son was never allowed to become a brother for my 2 kids and stay overnight with us since we married. My wife has not slept with me for many years sleeps my 10 years old son since he was born, always telling me you snore, stinky & not a man and treat me like an animal. She says many times that she already found a man; you are not a real man. You need to die soon. She dumps garbage cans over my bed and encourages my 2 kids to make fun of me and insult, disrespect, call names do the same things to me, but if they need money for field trips, schools or anything else it was ok and I must paid them even if she always kept my EBT card with her and used the TANF cash which was for kids expenses and she used the money for her personal  use like bought  gifts for her family in Iran and her 2 refugees brothers in Montreal Canada and long distance phone cards to call Iran and Canada for hours and used food stamps mainly purchased junked. I’ve been still supporting my family due to total disability from SSI, SSA, HUD, and DHR and have borrowed about $5000.00 from my brother so far. In contrast when her 44 years old brother comes here almost every year from Montreal Canada stays here for almost a month and always drunk sleeps with my kids some nights with my son and some nights with my daughter because we are 4 people in household only have 3 bedrooms and legally due to FEDERAL Housing laws and DHR policies we are not allowed to let someone lives, stays overnight without government permissions and nobody is allowed to use our food which comes from food stamps either. My wife never worked 1 min never earned a penny in America since I married her in 1992 brought her to America in 1994 she married me in few days after I met her and her main purpose was to get US green card and live near her 2 brothers in Montreal.    Even DHR officials have tried several years to send her to school and educate her and find her a job, but she simply refused to do so.  She does not want to work period. Just after she was told to go to work she also received a letter that TANF benefit for 60 months will end soon.  To get back the TANF and receive SSI benefit she decided a new scenario to seek mental health doctors for fake depression and asked me to find symptoms of depressions I refused to help her. But her brother Reza in Montreal found all about depressions for her and got her ready to see a psychiatric doctor and told her as soon as she sees the doctor should begin crying so doctors feel she was depressed. Then my wife told the DHR job officials that she has migraine headache & depression sees doctors and found a Social Security attorney and applied for SSI.  She abused Medicaid program and got medications from my co- pay and Medicaid pays most of it, but she never takes any medications. She is able to run tract, exercise for hours, drives around and goes to shopping malls from my gas money.  Abused kids TANF cash all day long every day and party with her Iranian friends. She has been trying to get SSI so she gets paid from taxpayer’s money and did not bother to work.  She was denied SSI last year, but she re-applied again for SSI.  In past several years she has been forcing/pushing me to renew her Iranian passport and got passport for kids so she takes kids to Iran. Due to Iran being a dangerous place to go and very costly about $12000.00 for 3 of them, I have not been able to meet her demand, but I borrowed some money and sent them to Montreal Canada to stay with her 2 refugees’ brothers in Montreal for several weeks few years ago. Also she has been demanding to move to New York closer to her brothers otherwise she constantly warned me she would make my life a hell if I don’t follow her order and not move to New York. Last year she asked my son to hit my door with basketball, that I closed it to hear less verbal abuses bad words/name calling m & f and other slogans with basketball and I had some pain killer to rest due to huge back pain but my son continued hitting the door after almost one hour I got up threw the ball in the parking lot, she called police on me for throwing ball and police told her to stop calling police for nonsense matters and police department had nothing to do with this.   In 3/17/11 we switched to Uverse from DSL modem because she was always nagging and fighting me and complaining that DSL wireless did not reach my son room. Just a few days after we got Uverse she called police that modem was turned off “anybody with little education knows modems act up once a while, stop, slow down, jam and needed troubleshooter I called the technical support and fixed it. Then polices arrived told her they are not technical supports and modem had nothing to do with police department. In 4/4/11 I had almost a fatal car accident a 20 year old boy while he was searching for an item in his back seat “according to the police report “hit my car flipped it over twice, I was unconscious for sometime and  carried to hospital by city medical team . When I was brought home from hospital my wife said she wished I would die and never allowed my kids to say hi to me who barely survived with head to toes in pain: my neck, head, thoracic, lower back, left arm in pain and tingling and numbness, radiation of pain from my back goes to my legs and toes. I was referred to orthopedic department and they have been treating me since.   In 4/13/11 about 9:30 am I received a call from my attorney regarding my car accident case, my wife suddenly punched me in my head and kept hitting me with Holly Quran "I wear brace for cervical discs injuries” and started verbal abuse m & f &other bad words to me for blocking her Iranian friends phone number “they are interfering and destroying our lives and asking my wife to get divorce, take the kids and go to Iran.”.  I told my attorney I would call him back and hanged up.  She called police and I called police the same time police told her that blocking a number was personal and saw my condition with braces all over me one police asked me if she attacked me? I told him that I did not want her in jail again because I was not physically, mentally and financially with my severe health conditions and kids’ sake capable of getting her out. Police told her you have several hours to make up and become friend with your husband and if you decide to go to shelter after your kids return from school call police and go to shelter. I spoke to her in that 6 hours she demanded a notarized letter to move to New York or she would go to shelter I told her that was impossible for us to live in New York with $600.00 SSI and SSA. Latter on when my kids came from schools she took them perhaps to shelter by taking the only car in the household without any reasons, as I was suffering from pain and lying on my bed. On Thursday& Friday I received many phone calls from O'RORKE school for my son & CAUSEY schools for my daughter that my kids missed schools those days. My kids had perfect attendance always, but my wife for her own ambitious, games and interests caused this to mess up my kid’s perfect attendance. Please let me know if you can help me and my innocent children who became victims and tools in hands of an evil unfit mom that never cared to take 1 week of education in America and become a civilized member of our society. My younger brother a PhD student and works as well is not welcome to my home to assist me takes me to doctors, hospitals & assisted our family in many cases. He always buys latest iPods and games, pays for our cell phones monthly or gives them cash anytime he visited us. After 3 weeks her in shelter, I received a phone call from police department that my wife pressed charge against me and falsely accused me of domestic violence. I have a court date in 2 weeks. She also asked the section 8 to transfer my 15 year housing voucher for my disability to her, I appealed it and I have to take section 8 to the Federal Court.  Please give me some advice and let me know how you may assist me throughout this nightmare case with my severe conditions. • My ex-wife did some crap like this a couple years ago in order to get the upper hand on our divorce and custody case. What's pathetic is that her attorney encouraged her to do this! After she started getting caught up in the lies, she then backtracked and begged to settle out of court. If I was as evil as she is, I would've allowed it to continue and let her get thrown in jail for perjury. I feel sorry for all the men who have had their lives ruined by mentally unstable women like this - but you know that women are able to play the victim whenever it is convenient for them.
