Billy Waterman, Missing Riverside County Man, 'Person of Interest' in Wife's Death
| Missing man |
Police are trying to piece together a bizarre mystery involving a missing man, a woman's body, and an abandoned vehicle.
Yesterday, a maid found Waterman's body in a Ramada hotel room on 1940 Lombard St. The death has been ruled suspicious and the medical examiner is conducting an autopsy. Meanwhile, police are searching for her husband Billy Waterman, who was reported missing with his wife on Monday. He is a "person of interest" in the suspicious death.
Police on Thursday found a car at Devil's Slide in San Mateo County that belonged to the couple. Police have been searching, but have not been able to find any sign of Billy Waterman. He is a 51-year-old white man, with blue eyes and red or balding hair. He is 6-feet-tall and weighs 160 pounds.
