Where in the world is Marty Christensen?
A tech-savvy San Franciscan decided he would help 23-year-old Kelli Christensen find her father, Marty, a homeless man featured in our story this week.

Christensen has been looking for her estranged father ever since she googled his name and learned that he was homeless. She came across a story SF Weekly did last fall about the Transbay Terminal homeless -- and Marty was a main character.

Reader David Debolt wrote us this message this morning: "I was touched by the story of Marty's daughter trying to reach him, so I decided to do something about it, even if something small."

Debolt created a Google Map so that anyone who has spotted Marty can report it. He included descriptions of Marty's usual haunts. Check out the map here.

Christensen says she wants to travel from her hometown of Kingsburg in the Central Valley to San Francisco in the next few weeks to continue looking for her father.

If you've spotted Marty, please write me at lauren.smiley@sfweekly.com, and we'll add the location onto the map.
