Those seeking the pot of gold should race down to the vicinity of Pier 50. Aptly, that's the lucrative piece of land Larry Ellison coveted so during the city's America's Cup negotiations -- and near which the San Francisco Giants purportedly harbor hopes for a waterfront arena and retail strip of their own.
