YouTube Casino Brawls Spur Lawsuit (VIDEO)
| Oh, craps... |
The videos, claim Lucky Chances Casino, "create the false impression that Lucky Chances card room is a disorderly and unsafe place" and that security is "violent and aggressive and/or incapable of maintaining order."
Lucky Chances' contention, therefore, is that the instances of fighting and security personnel hurling patrons out of their chairs being caught on video were just ... an unlucky chance.

And a third has since been taken down. At issue, according to the suit, is whether those who posted these videos were authorized to enter the casino and record surveillance footage. The suit does not name YouTube or the site's users -- for the record, that'd be Rick5x5 and TerryMcGrath333 -- but, simply "John Does 1-20."
Those visiting Lucky Chances -- or, really, any card house -- could do worse than following the immortal advice of Kenny Rogers: "Know when to walk away -- and when to run."
This looks like when to run.
