Rally to Restore Sanity/March To Keep Fear Alive In San Francisco

Keep Fear Alive.jpg
The good people at Mission Local have found something for you to do on Oct. 30.

Those too busy or broke to head to the nation's capital for the Jon Stewart/Stephen Colbert Rally to Restore Sanity/March to Keep Fear Alive can head to a local version scheduled for Civic Center Plaza. And you can always tell people you didn't go to D.C. because of environmental concerns over air travel. It's a win-win.

Similar Facebook-based local rallies in left-leaning localities such as Seattle, Los Angeles, and Austin are planned to correspond with the Stewart/Colbert happening.

Oct. 30, incidentally, is also National Candy Corn Day. Sadly, candy corn is available everywhere.
