Marlena Waters will today be arraigned on murder, robbery, and burglary charges for allegedly planning the fatal home invasion robbery that left 57-year-old Dennis Wayne Dixon dead last month.

Alleged gunmen Eric Jordan and Gary Jones were already charged with murder after being arrested on the scene back on Sept. 14. The two allegedly demanded to speak with Dixon's stepson, Dejon, barged into the family home on the 2000 block of Palou, and pistol-whipped him. The elder Dixon was shot dead during the robbery.

Waters is facing charges because, according to the district attorney's office, she "participated in the planning and execution of the robbery by providing information."

All three defendants will be in court today, and are being held on $10 million bail.
