The man who pulled the trigger presumably is, too, however. And San Francisco Police apparently have no idea at this time who he is.

Police responded to the triple shooting call at 17th and Mission six minutes before midnight on Saturday -- though several eyewitnesses claimed the shooting took place a good deal before then.
Following the supposedly gang-related attack, the shooter fled on foot east toward 17th Street. The case is under investigation by the department's gang task force.
