Jerry Garcia says: 'Constantly choosing the lesser of two evils is still choosing evil.' So root for the Giants.
Sorry folks, the Jerry Garcia bobblehead is no longer available. But fans can keep on truckin' with a Guinness Record attempt for largest kazoo ensemble during tonight's festivities honoring the fallen Grateful Dead musician at the San Francisco Giants game.

Tonight's contest marks the 15th anniversary of Garcia's passing. In addition to the kazoo chorus -- led by Dead drummer Mickey Hart -- bandmate Bob Weir will be singing the national anthem.

A portion of tonight's proceeds will benefit the Rex Foundation, the Dead's nonprofit charitable organization, which provides for "creative endeavors in the arts, sciences, and education."

Yes, as you watch the Giants take on the Cubs during the Grateful Dead-drenched proceedings, you may yet ponder what a long, strange trip it's been. Buy your tickets here.
