• I just want to tell Hayman aka Hammer's family that i knew him well and send my prayers.I realy miss him calling me every day.He was a good true friend and he is watching over us now from a better place.I have his hat hanging in my home with his picture and a couple of bottles we drank together.I think about my friend every day.I miss you brother!!!! • Hyman Taylor was my church brother and he was a good friend. He never was in any gang when I knew him, am sorry for you people could not get your big story but I lost a friend and a church brother I hope you can have heart and look past your political ways and understand his family and friends are in pain life is short we all understand that not from just him pasting on but by people we loose every day please when you pray tonight have a part of your prayer for him and his family. • I've known Hyman since we were about 11 years old, and this news definately came as a shock to his childhood friends. Our families are all very close, and we all feel like we lost a brother, friend, son, and for some, even a grand son. He will be terribly missed, and just remember that he means something to all who take the time out to comment, so just show respect, and dont take away from what the focus of this whole situation is. • NO one should really care if there was a type-o, the story here is a young good man lost his life. Alex relax, I think I know who you are and this is not how Hyman would have wanted you to react. We both went to CGHS if you are the person I am thinking of I understand why you would be very shocked and hurt by this. But there is no need to call out on others due to you being frustrated. Haven said that, everyone over here in FTL is shocked and dont understand why he would ever be shot by someone. The Hyman we all knew was a great, nice, and honest person. • Minor correction: There is no such things as the "University of California San Francisco basketball team". USF and UCSF are very different institutions. The former is a private Jesuit university with a law school, a radio station, undergraduates, and a basketball team. The latter is a public health sciences university with none of those things.
