Willie Speights, 60, Killed Hobbling on Crutches Up 101 Off-Ramp

At around 8:45 p.m. last night, Speights, for reasons unknown, crutched his way onto the 101 off-ramp. The driver of the car that killed him suffered no major injuries and the off-ramp was closed for the better part of an hour.
