The Week in Gay -- Laura Bush wants Elena Kagan (To Be Able To Get Married).

Elena, step up to the plate and tell us how you really feel...
Frankly, I don't care if Elena Kagan never looks at her own vagina let alone anyone else's. But I do care about how LGBT matters are discussed, because that narrative reveals an awful lot about how inept, ignorant, bigoted, fearful, and lacking in curiosity American people can be.

I don't believe that Kagan isn't gay and I don't care what her friends say -- although I do think it's hilarious that Eliot Spitzer was quoted as a source defending Kagan's honor as a cock-loving heterosexual woman. Spitzer said, "I did not go out with her but other guys did." He also said (off the record) that he would be willing to tell the press he fucked her in every orifice if the Democratic Party would please return his calls.

I want the words to come out of her mouth. I demand this before I change my mind about her sexual identity because the Obama administration became way too defensive a month ago and now we have this bullshit statement from her friends. For the love of gawd, the woman used to run Harvard. Are we supposed to accept that Kagan is unable to explain herself out of fear that "...denying (the rumors) could imply some anti-gay prejudice?" She can't find the right words and yet she wants to be on the Supreme Court?

As evidence of why it matters I offer Bill O'Reilly's comments. Without a moment of hesitation he speaks about why it is not unreasonable to know whether or not Kagan is gay because as a Justice she will be deciding on same-sex marriage. He isn't asked why that would matter - but I think the omission of that question is just as revealing as the answer would be. The idea of a gay judge determining the rights of gay citizens is apparently alarming. There is never an expression of the possibility of bias on the part of hetero judges to decide homo matters. Are hetero justices reasonable and open-minded and trustworthy and able to discern matters in a way that a gay judge couldn't?

That is why I want Kagan - not her goddamned friends - to answer the question. This isn't a simple matter of petty gossip. Her silence and/or political posturing is very telling about what it means to be gay in the US of A-hole.

Maybe Kagan heeds the advice of Iowa Rep. Steve King who advises gay people to stay in the closet if they don't want to be discriminated against. He also advises women to stay in the kitchen and suggests that blacks should remain the back of the bus. There wouldn't be any discrimination if everyone just stayed out of the way of the white cracker cock.

Yeah, thanks Laura
Laura Bush might disagree with King's philosophy, but she'll wait five or 10 years to tell him about it and will only make it an issue when she is promoting her book. This week on Larry King Live, the former first lady confessed that she thinks gays should have the same rights as everyone else when it comes to marriage. Would anyone else like to make a grandstanding statement - love or hate - about gays? Come one, come all - the gays are a real cash cow!

We've got Kagan keeping her mouth shut for money, Bush flapping her gums for money, and lets not forget last weeks Big Gay Profiteer - Dr. George Rekers!

Rekers - a homophobe for hire - was photographed last week with a gay male companion - whore for hire - in the Miami airport. This week, Rekers resigned from his position on the board of NARTH - an organization that makes money off of people that think they need help to be cured of homosexual desire. Next, I'd like to see the State of Florida sue him for having cock breath while testifying against the right of gay people to adopt. Rekers was paid a chunk of taxpayer cash for his testimony.

When is my big gay ship gonna come in?

Coming next week: A kiss in at Harvey Milk Plaza on Monday at 5pm in observance of the International Day Against Homophobia (and transphobia) aka IDAHO and on Tuesday at 4:30pm rally at Rep. Nancy Pelosi's office at Seventh and Mission Street to demand the speaker take action on the Employment Non-Discrimination Act.
